Anji’s trainings bring together a wealth of experience with students & patients – so you can find a safer practice. Learn how to manage back pain through movement, how to teach Yoga for BackCare, how to deal with injured students or simply how to manage your own back pain.
All courses offer powerful, practical & useful approaches that you can use right away. Previous attendees have been yoga teachers, registered therapists, pilates teachers and more. The BackCare Teacher Training is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga.

Yoga for BackCare Teacher Training – 2025 intake – 4 day training, 30 hours plus coursework
Days 1&2: November 9/10 Live Online 9.30am – 4.30pm UK time
Days 3&4: November 22/23 In-person, London W5 9am 4.30pm UK time
Live days will be held in Anji’s clinic in West London with access to all props. Attendance is required for all 4 days for certification. Coursework is needed to be certified as a Yoga for BackCare teacher. This training is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga.
This training will be small (maximum 5 students) to allow for an ‘apprentice’-style experience. We will work together to explore how Yoga for BackCare can fit with YOUR objectives for this training.
Training cost: £600 including 2 post-course webinars. We can offer payment plans – please ask. If you would like to attend this training but financial circumstances are difficult, please also get in touch.
